Cynthia Richmond, known for her expertise in dream work, will be the featured guest at the Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa’s Autumn Dream Spa Soiree, September 30, 2010. Richmond is the author of two books on dream work, Dream Power and, her new release, The Dream Power Journal. She is a frequent television and radio guest, including Oprah, Dr. Phil, The View, NPR and The Gayle King Show on Oprah’s Sirus XM radio network. Her column, “In Your Dreams,” ran in the Los Angeles Times and the Arizona Republic for years. Richmond was called “one of the foremost authorities on dreams and their meanings” by Entertainment Tonight TV. Richmond will be giving guests at the Spa Soiree ten minute sessions to “Harness the Power of Your Dreams”.
This special event will include entrancing live entertainment by Native American flautist and flamenco guitarist Drew Diego Bennett and spa style hors d’oeuvres, teas and wine by Chef Ron Moler.
Ten minute spa samplers may be reserved from 6 to 8 pm and will include, Head and Neck Massage; Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis, Tarot, Palm Reading, Opal Eye Treatment and Mini Facials; and Reflexology, Chair Massage Spiritual Acupuncture, Introduction to Family Constellation.
Wellness Workshops will be from 6 to 8 pm and include: “Secrets of the Pulse: an Introduction to the Ancient Art of Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis by Lorrie Lawrence; “Spiritual Hypnotherapy” by Ramananda and “Mayan Astrology” by Abby Haydon.
